1-10 Wakaba 160-0011, Yotsuya
If it is from Yotsuya station of JR Chuo Line / Sobu line it will take about 6 to 7 minutes.
I can do it It is unclear whether there is congestion or there is an upper limit of the number that can be reserved in each one or two hour frame, but now it is OK even if it is a few hours later In addition, when you receive it, you need to have the courage to go straight to the cashier, ignoring the side-by-side procession, and to announce a reservation
I think that taste preference is different for each person. Ikko of Yotsugaya is strong in saltiness, I think whether sweetness of bean paste will improve. Personally, I prefer wakame.
Correspondence is possible for box charges charge. However, it takes time to get the numbers together, so be prepared for the silent genial power from the person waiting for you! !
Looking at Google map, it is out of business hours. The photo showing the business hours says that it is closed on Sundays.
Wakaba no Taiyaki is filled with bean jam (with some salt), up to the end of the caudal fin. The skin is crisp and delicious. ???
How about listening to Wakaba?
Probably the best Taiyaki in Tokyo! There might be a line, be patient it’s worth ðŸ˜
Good
japaese histrical sweet, TAI-YAKI. this fish-shaped food tastes so good.
Came here for taiyaki this morning. Very friendly staff, cute sitting area and complimentary green tea. The taiyaki was delicious. Perfectly crispy and awesome red bean filling. Definitely will go back for more while we are in Tokyo.
Red bean is good but the crust tastes like paper.
Pretty okay tasting taiyaki
Love the fish. The skin is crispy thin and the filling is everywhere! Piping hot - perfect fkr winter.
One of the best Taiyaki places in Tokyo - you'll have to line up but it's worth it! read more by googling "tadaima arakicho taiyaki"
It's a great little place where you can buy fresh Taiyaki. Be prepared for queueing for a while because this place is really popular. Still worth it. Even if you are not big fan of the red been sweets you should definitely give it a try when you are around.
in weekend we need to stand in line for 30-60 min to get the fish-shaped pancake, but it is well worth eating...
So far this is the best taiyaki I've tried in Tokyo, the taiyaki outside is crispy and the they really filled the red beans to the max and it is less expensive than some other taiyaki in the tourist spots I've been to.
Best Taiyaki snack in Tokyo. Must visit.
A long-established and popular Taiyaki restaurant. It's fun to see the baking from the outside. The atmosphere of the showa-retro shop is well-made.Anko with a little saltiness is very delicious. It's a good idea to buy a lot and store it frozen.Normally you can eat it quickly in the store, but now you can only take it home.
They speak English and very friendly.
Great snack and great tea. We enjoy it very much and really appreciate the branch in Taiwan.
I think little bit salty.
The anko(sweet bean paste) of this shop is very delicious!Because it is a popular shop, it may line up a little. But it is worth waiting. There is a store just a little further from the main street. There is a good scent around here, so you can find it right away.
Best in Tokyo. Absolutely worth the trip/walk
My favorite Taiyaki (red snapper shaped red bean cake) in town. I used to frequent here 10 years ago when I was an editor at a publisher nearby. Happy to come back.
Best Taiyaki ever!!!It’s crunchy and sweet at the same time so you’ll never forget how great this taiyaki is. Always when I visit around and have time!!
Delicious fresh Taiyaki bursting with red bean cooked over open fire, complementary green tea and dine in option available. Taiyaki is all they do and they do it well 150Y each, also very cheap!
Worth lining up.
The Taiyaki is crispy on the outside and filled up with lotsa redbean! The price is good, ¥180 per Taiyaki.
The staff was very kind and the taiyaki was delicious. Also the area was very cute. ☺
must go
Best Taiyaki inTokyo, try!
150 yen makes you happy!
Excellent, if you like red bean. The red beans are soft and not too sweet, and there's plenty in each taiyaki. I'm not a huge fan of the dough, though. I prefer the puff pastry taiyaki in the tokyu foodshow in shibuya. But the best part about this place? Free water, tea, and very strong air conditioning. Good place to rest and cool off.
The very best of Taiyaki !!
There is a long-established sea bream shop [Wakaba] just a short distance from Shinjuku Dori.Bake them one by one, these days they are called natural products (-_ ・)?The skin is thin, and I feel like I have a lot of bean paste and fat on the tail, d (⌒ ー ⌒)!Anko is salty and really delicious 😋 💕 (o ^-') b!I bought five and bought four as souvenirs d (⌒-⌒)! One is that it's good to eat while walking while knowing that it is bad manners 😋Ah ~ I want a bitter and hot tea ~ ☺ï¸But if I had some tea at hand, would I even try to make a souvenir of taiyaki ... ('â–³ `)
Very famous TAIYAKI shop. TAIYAKI is the fish shaped pancake filled with the red bean curd. The sweet and hot taste of TAIYAKI is traditionally and typically in the winter.
Taste good and plenty of red beans inside. The owner is super friendly and helpful.
Delicious, fresh taiyaki with a local feel.
The best Taiyaki in Japan! Check the guidebooks, that's not just my opinion! Lines are long, but for a reason. No corners cut, no quality sacrificed. Come after the lunch rush and have a shorter wait.
Thin skin and thick Azuki. I think it's rather salty. 150yen per piece.
Their Taiyaki is very delicious. The red bean paste filling is very generous and not very sweet. Although there usually a queue here, but the taste is worth for queueing.
The most perfect red bean paste ever.
